Put 2-3 tablespoons in a warm to a hot bath. Lavender, Vanilla, and orange combined, this can evoke fond memories, uplift, and reduce stress.  Dead sea salts are full of magnesium which can help with sleep as well as aches and pains. Epsom salts can help reduce stress and relax the body. Soak for at least 20 mins. Pat skin dry when you get out of the tub, do not rub.
